MISSION
Arroyo Grande is a true gem in Slo County California whose message didnβt deliver on the experience of visiting the area. Bogged down by traditional tactics and conventional creative, the organization hired Commune to breathe new (and measurable) life into the historic town.
METHOD
We started from scratch. This meant building a new strategy to identify specific audiences in key growth regions, a brand new creative campaign, and a paid media strategy that relied on going beyond traditional vanity metrics to showcase how advertising spend was getting people on site and in hotels.
MAGIC
We pushed beyond category tropes to go as far from βShop, Dine, Playβ as possible while never relenting when clients are told they canβt measure how advertising is affecting footsteps on the ground. That commitment is what produced real ROI and most importantly, exposed thousands more people to a magical hidden gem.
