PHOTO RELEASE WAIVER

This Photo Release Waiver (“Waiver”) is entered into as of the date of electronic signature by the individual identified below (“Releasor”). By signing this Waiver, Releasor grants permission to [Your Organization/Company Name] (“Releasee”) to use their photograph, image, likeness, or video recording in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

1. Consent for Use:
Releasor hereby grants Releasee the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, alter, publish, distribute, and publicly display photographs or video recordings of Releasor for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes, in any format, medium, or platform, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, and websites.

2. Compensation:
Releasor acknowledges that no monetary compensation, royalties, or other payments will be made for the use of their image or likeness. This waiver applies in perpetuity, unless otherwise revoked in writing as outlined in Section 5.

3. Rights and Ownership:
Releasor understands and agrees that all photographs, videos, or related media are the exclusive property of Releasee and may be used without further approval from Releasor.

4. Release of Liability:
Releasor releases and discharges Releasee and its representatives, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of their image, including, but not limited to, defamation, privacy violations, or copyright infringement.

5. Revocation of Consent:
Releasor may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to Releasee. Such revocation will not affect any prior use of images or recordings made before the notice was received.

6. Governing Law:
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California
