CHALLENGE:
After greatly expanding their offering and undergoing a rebrand from AIDS Project Los Angeles to APLA Health, key constituencies and audiences were confused about the organization’s direction and work.
SOLUTION:
Commune worked with APLA Health to develop a thorough brand strategy that defined its unique position and how to communicate with each of their diverse audience segments from the patient population, to donors, and well beyond. The strategy has given rise to consistent and breakthrough advertising across many different mediums.
