The Broadway Block, a new landmark mixed-use complex in Long Beach, CA, needed a brand position, brand identity and supporting visual materials that captured the essence of the new development.
Alongside legendary architect Robert Quigley and high profile developers, Commune worked to understand the unique position of the property and how it fits into the fabric of Downtown Long Beach. The result was a strategy and visual identity that speaks to developers, residents, office workers, visitors and everything in between.
