CHALLENGE:
Long Beach Transit distributed an RFP in 2017 to overhaul its entire advertising and communication approach.
SOLUTION:
Commune was lucky to be named Agency of Record for Long Beach Transit, handling all advertising and marketing responsibilities. Each day Commune develops advertising, copywriting and social media work that more clearly defines Long Beach Transit’s brand, always focused on achieving the broader goal of increasing ridership among all Long Beach residents.
THE BOOK OF BUS BEHAVIORS
Commune created a distinct language transforming the LBT Code of Conduct into the Book of Bus Behaviors. This system established “bad” and “best” behaviors that translated from print into a video and gif series sharable on social media.
